With years of experience, our concrete foundations ensure the utmost quality and a dry foundation for our clients. Each foundation includes inside and out drainage along with ¾ crushed stone inside and out. Our walls are all 3500 PSI and all floors are 4000 PSI. This provides a high-quality product for their custom home.
Earthwork
Our excavation division was developed to enhance our construction project’s timeline and to ensure a top-quality product. Our fleet of equipment is available to coordinate with all aspects of the project management. Our scope of work is from land clearing to septic systems to finished lawns and anything in between. Owning our own pit makes aggregate materials readily available for our clients’ needs.

Each custom home is created with honest and lengthy communications with our clients. We discuss their needs, wants, and budget for their unique project. As the project unfolds, we are available to discuss with our clients’ questions and concerns. We pride ourselves in developing more than just a client/contractor relationship but one that is a lasting professional relationship. We strive to create the project of their dreams at the best possible price point. Many of our clients proudly open their homes to potential clients for a hands-on look at our craftsmanship.
